Conditions of Training Program Purchase & Attendance

By purchasing or attending a training program at Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC., you agree to the following terms and conditions. First, you must use products with great care to avoid accidental injuries, especially near the eyes, and understand the dangers associated with applying any products near the eyes. You agree to follow all prescribed safety guidelines during the training program. All programs involve hands-on training, and late arrivals may need to repeat parts of the program at their own expense. Trainees must practice on synthetic skin andmannequin heads until deemed able to work on live models. If you volunteer to be worked on by another student, youagree not to hold any fellow students liable for any injuries sustained as a result of procedures performed by them.

Classroom Rules

Only registered trainees are allowed in the training programs, and no refunds will be given for any training program. Recording devices, including audio, still photos, or video, are not allowed during in-person and online trainingprograms, except for before and after photos of your own models. Cell phones must be turned off during class. Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. is not liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of its products or services. Trainees must indemnify and hold the academy harmless against all such claims and actions.

Certification Policies

Regarding certification policies, requirements for certification may change without notice. Certificates are issued only after meeting criteria set by the Head Instructor, including submission and approval of “before and after” photos. The academy reserves the right to reject any “before and after” photos that do not meet their approval for online trainings.The academy also reserves the right to decertify trainees for repeated complaints about their application technique or unprofessional behavior, or for revealing confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted information. Decertified traineesmust return all certification materials immediately. Certification does not guarantee success Technician/Artist. Trainees may needadditional training, practice, and guidance. Trainees are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations.

Training Content

Training covers proper techniques, pigment selection, safe practices, and waiver management. Mastery of course objectives is required for certification. Trainees must demonstrate full competence incompleting a procedure entirely on their own, unaided by an instructor, to achieve a Certificate of Completion. Trainees cannot use the academy’s proprietary materials to train others for five years after the program. Trainees must not be associated with any competing training companies. Violations will result in legal action. If you are interested in becoming a trainer, please speak to the staff of Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC.

Trainees are expressly prohibited from using Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC.’s proprietary copyrighted training program material to train others. Trainees are prohibited from demonstrating any techniques or procedural information gathered from Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. to any other person, including but not limited to co-workers, employees, contractors, friends, or family members, for a period of five years from the date of the training program. This is a critical requirement to preserve the quality of training and the integrity of the brand. Buyer and/or trainee certifies that by purchasing and/or attending any Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. training program, they are not an owner, employee, independent contractor, or educator of any other company that offers trainee training. Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against trainees who violate these terms.

Brand and Logo Use

Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. reserves the right to prohibit trainees and their affiliates from using its brand and logo, including all marketing materials. This may occur if there are instances of substandard procedures by acareless technician or the use of competing products and/or techniques that are believed to be associated with Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. due to the prominent display of its marketing materials.

Toronto Beauty Spot & Academy INC. respects your privacy and will not sell or share your information with thirdparties. Information is used to provide requested services and send updates about promotions and new products. Youcan request removal from the mailing list at any time.
