Toronto Beauty Spot Return Policy

At Toronto Beauty Spot, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Product Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at torontobeautyspot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Training Refunds

For our training programs, we do not offer refunds on the training itself. However, we do offer refunds for the kits provided during the training, under the condition that they are unused and in their original packaging.

To request a kit refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at torontobeautyspot@gmail.com with your training order number and reason for the kit return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the kit.

Once we receive the returned kit, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund for the kit will be processed in the same manner as product returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Any Services provided
