I have been to this particular salon many times for a variety of services. The interior is beautiful and clean and the staff is incredibly professional, accommodating, and considerate to your needs. The way the experts speak with you and treat you makes you feel heard and valued.

The quality of their work is always top of the line, and in my personal experience, I have not had any unpleasant encounters or negative concerns. What I like most about this salon is that the staff is honest about their recommendations. They do not operate with a mandate to sell service but to deliver it to their clients, and always – in excellent quality. Every time I come here, I feel welcomed and expected.

The place is gorgeous & super clean! (Which is a definite plus as most downtown Toronto spas seem to have not cleaned in 2 years tbh)

They were so accommodating & nice too- I’ve walked into other salons for consultations and walked right back out due to comments about my body. They honored the groupon price for me in store which was awesome, and were not judgmental at all 🙂

This was my first experience at this establishment and I must say I am happy with the services and results. I bought a package for 3 treatment on two large areas- I chose my upper and lower abdomen. After the second treatment I have seen and felt great results. I am definitely going to buy another package for my sides, back and arms! Place is neat and clean in addition to the friendly staff. I appreciate the patience they had for me when I had to bring in my infant son during a treatment session. Thank you!
